no, actually i believe it is "to" as in "are you going alone, or is she coming to?" it is inclusive or as in "i'm going to school" which is a direction. "too" refers to an excessive amount, as in "i have too much homework!"
...oh, wait, i just looked it up at dictionary.com and aparently you are right, it's "too." oh well, maybe i'll write a letter and get them to change it.
